Directions to club building:  Take Hwy 220 north (off Hwy 2 in E. Grand Forks) for 1/2 mile, turn right on 17th St., (Spare Husband and Brian's Flooring signs at corner), travel 1/2 city block (there will be brown storage rental unit building on the left)  take a left between this building and the chain link fence that surrounds the water tower.  First quonset is the kennel club.


The Grand Forks Kennel Club strives to promote responsible dog ownership in the community and surrounding areas.  GFKC rents a 3500 square foot indoor heated training facility in East Grand Forks, MN.   The Club is very proud of the fact that our beginning obedience and puppy kindergarten classes, we have multiple instructors that provide students the individual  instruction they need in order to raise a happy, healthy, and well behaved dog.  Once through these basic classes the groundwork has been established for the dogs and owners to advance to the next level of training, whether it be in puppy dynamics, obedience, rally or agility.   All instructors of the GFKC volunteer their time teaching the variety of classes offered.

  The GFKC will give a 50% discount for the first Puppy Kindergarten or Basic Obedience class for any dog adopted from a humane society shelter. Proof of adoption must be provided.
